How to order a ride

Register, accept the terms of use and share your phone number.
Choose the address you are heading to. The bot finds your pickup point, so check that it is marked correctly on the map.
Confirm your ride and wait for your driver. The bot will choose the best option for you.
When the ride ends, the bot shows the trip summary and lets you rate the driver.
Car won’t start?
A driver comes with a jump starter and starts your car on the spot. If it does not start, you only pay for the call-out.

Who are your drivers?
Independent drivers working on their own behalf. We take your order in the bot and pass it to the nearest available driver. The driver carries out the ride, and you pay the driver directly.
Do you only work in Teofipol?
We pick you up in Teofipol and anywhere within 30 km, including Bazaliia, Sviatets, Poliakhova, Bilohiria and Yampil. We take you anywhere in Ukraine. The bot accepts long-distance orders, but the driver makes the final decision.
