How to order a ride
Four simple steps, from opening the bot to the end of your ride.
Register, accept the terms of use and share your phone number.
Choose the address you are heading to. The bot finds your pickup point, so check that it is marked correctly on the map.
Confirm your ride and wait for your driver. The bot will choose the best option for you.
When the ride ends, the bot shows the trip summary and lets you rate the driver.

Pay in the car
Pay whichever way is easiest. Use cash or a card on the POS terminal in the car.

Use a chip card, or pay with your phone via NFC.
Need a receipt after paying? Tell the driver and they will send you an electronic fiscal receipt via Viber, Telegram or email, whichever suits you.

Do I need to install a separate app?
No. It all works in Telegram. Just open the bot @teo_taxi_bot.
Do you only work in Teofipol?
We can pick you up within 30 km of Teofipol and take you anywhere in Ukraine. The bot accepts long-distance orders, but the driver makes the final decision.
How do I find out the trip price?
Once you choose a route, the bot shows the estimated fare and distance. If the route changes during the ride, the final amount changes too.
Why does the bot need location access?
To find where to pick you up and show the nearest cars. You can always type the address yourself.
How do I pay for the ride?
In cash or by card on the POS terminal in the car. If you need a receipt, tell the driver and they will send an electronic fiscal receipt via Viber, Telegram or email.
How do I contact the driver?
Once the order is confirmed, the bot shows the car model and plate number, with a button to call the driver.
